Shipping policy

All orders are prepared with care and shipped from Switzerland for Swiss deliveries, and from France for all other countries.

Shipping costs
• Switzerland: CHF 6.90 — free shipping from CHF 99
• France: €6.90 — Pickup point €4.90 — free shipping from €99
• European Union: €6.90 — free shipping from €99
• United Kingdom: depending on the exchange rate — free shipping from £150
• Rest of the world: depending on the exchange rate — free shipping from $200
• Illustrations only, up to three: €2.90 or CHF 2.90 in an envelope

Delivery times
• Switzerland and European Union: 5 to 7 working days for items in stock
• United Kingdom and rest of the world: a few additional days, customs clearance included
• If out of stock: allow around 15 additional working days (manufacturing)

Tracking
A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

Customs
Deliveries outside the European Union and outside Switzerland are made on a DDP basis (Delivered Duty Paid): import taxes and customs duties are covered by Funky Frames. No additional charge is requested from you upon delivery.

Returns
You have 14 days from receipt (see our refund policy).
